Rixos Bab Al Bahr

The hotel was very old as well as the furniture and the prices of the rooms are too expensive the booking application didn’t be clear about the age of the children. They count a 17 years old as an adult but the hotel count 12 years old as an adult also the water in the swimming pool was not too clean. I suggest to put a shade at the top of the children swimming pool and I was surprised that the waterslides and the water games were closed.

Food, entertainment, staff

Spa - it seemed over priced and even though we paid for 1 hour they complete the massage in less time

Staff was very good Special mention of Sarfaraz in Lalezar and Akash at breakfast

For people who don’t drink alcohol it’s expensive

Great facilities and our 3bedroom apartment was really spacious and comfortable. Several dinning , swimming pool and bar options . Entertainment in the evenings were good . Front office manager was extremely helpful.. Indian manager ..

Not value for money . All inclusive is very misleading as it does not include all restaurants and is only for one dinning facility . This is not clear on any of write up or even when you call them . The fact that it’s only for 2 night and above stay is not clear when you make the booking .

We had two rooms and my sons bed had bed bugs and he was biten so badly

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Rixos Bab Al Bahr. Everything was excellent, from the resort itself to the overall vibe.We have honestly never been to a resort with so many activities for children and such dedicated staff. The kids were constantly engaged and happy, and it really made the whole experience stress-free for us as parents.The shows for adults were fantastic and at the same time very enjoyable for kids as well, so we could all enjoy them together as a family.The staff was truly next level — friendly, helpful, and always attentive. Everything felt easy, relaxed, and well taken care of.We would definitely come back and highly recommend this resort to families looking for a fun, high-quality, and memorable holiday.

We feel like home very cozy atmosphere and staff were amazing specially AHMED AT THE RECEPTION CHECK IN HE WAS VERY HELPFUL and the security staff name Muhammad Akeel he helped me a lot cause I lost my stuff there they found it for me we feel so safe highly recommend

The restaurant booking for ALL program seems have availability while we were told it is fully booked

The services were fine, Mr. Halil, the manger was very supportive and friendly, helped to make our stay easier and enjoyable. Halil is an extraordinary staff in Rixos, an asset to the Company.

I had a fantastic stay at Rixos Al Bahar. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the overall experience was truly relaxing. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff who made everything seamless. Great dining options and a wonderful atmosphere made the stay memorable. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in serious need of renovation. The rooms and furniture are very old, and the decorations feel outdated and worn out. Everything looks used and tired, which takes away from the comfort of the stay

Excellent value for money all the facilities included in the rate. Abhilash and Hassan kept checking with us if all okay. We were celebrating our anniversary they had a surprise for us in the room.. totally value for money. Suggestions is if you are doing a one day stay make sure to explore each and every bit and no sleep

Doors locks were very tight / Body lotion bottle wasnt working / TV was tilted fixed / Rooms given had no balcony / Rooms given were not see facing

We enjoyed the foods, tastes good and have a lot of varieities. Staff were really hospitable and attentive.

The room we were assigned to, a Premium Room, the AC wasn’t great. It’s locked at 22 degrees and cannot adjust it lower, it was quite hot and we have 2 kids with us. Especially we have a 2 month old baby and the room couldn’t be any colder. Though it was at 22 deg, it’s not cold enough. The sofa needs replacement as there was a lot of stain marks. The bar by the beach is quite far from the beach itself so it’s a long walk just to get some drinks.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! I want to especially thank the incredibly friendly staff, particularly Shahin and Essam, who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. It was my daughter's birthday during our stay, and to our surprise, they celebrated it with a big piece of cake and sweets – such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture!The food was absolutely delicious, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. Everything was well-organized, clean, and welcoming. I truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Thank you for making our stay so special!

I waited for 40 min Queue for Checkin. There were no dental kit and laundry bags in room, So I had to call 3 times to HK team to get this done.

The place had a wide variety of food, with options that suited both kids and adults, along with plenty of drinks. Overall, we really enjoyed it.

I wish the room had better soundproofing, and it would be great if there was a shaded area over the swimming pool to protect from the sun.

- Swimming pool was so dirty. - Showers in bathroom was so small and not standard and not comfortable. It’s looks 3 star hotel. - food verity is reduced compared to previous visits.
